* In the Double Room Bianca/Blu up to 2 people stay in one room. It's possible to add a 5th person on the futon mattress at an additional cost of € 20 per night.
N.B. For booking B&B system you can use outdoor swimmingpool (if opened) and the shared livingroom of the property.
The swimming pool is open from 1st June to 30 September.

N.B.
"Up to 8 persone" solution provide the only use of the main body, with the closed annex.
There's the possibility to use this solution also up to 10 people at additional cost of € 50 per week, for each person (max 2) as laundry fee reimbursement. For this eventuality, clients should know that the available dining rooms will be 2, the one on the 1st floor near the kitchen (max 8 people) and the other one at ground floor (max 10 people).
"From 9 to 12 people" solution provide the use of the entire property, with the possibility of adding a bed with the use of a futon\cot, at additional cost of € 150 per week as specified in the Optionals list (above).
